I had the privilege of contributing to major projects like The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, the Crossrail project, and the High Speed 2 (HS2) transport project. At that time, my life was fast-paced, high-pressure, and very much rooted in logic and results. I had no <strong>knowledge<\/strong> or <strong>understanding<\/strong> of <strong>energy healing<\/strong> and honestly, I thought meditation was simply about staying still and pushing thoughts away\u2014something I found rather dull.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>The Turning Point<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>But life had other plans for me<\/strong>. A pivotal moment came when I enrolled in a Reiki course, which opened both my eyes and my heart to the profound power of energy healing. It was during this time that I realized how often our true selves are overlooked in the busyness of modern life. Through Reiki, I began to understand that true balance and lasting happiness are the natural consequences of aligning the mind, body, and spirit. This realization set me on a path of profound personal growth and transformation\u2014one I could never have imagined from my previous life.<\/p>\n<p>Soon after, I discovered mindfulness and yoga, and my life began to change in ways I never anticipated. It was here that I decided to create a space dedicated to <strong>healing<\/strong>, <strong>growth<\/strong>, and <strong>community<\/strong>. In this beautiful corner of the world, I am now building a community of like-minded individuals\u2014people who, like me, have embraced the transformative power of mindfulness, yoga, reiki and nature.
