After living and working in London for 17 years as a geologist and environmental specialist, I returned to my Calabrian roots to create a space dedicated to healing, connection, and well-being.
\nSince 2022, I\u2019ve been guiding\u00a0weekly yoga sessions at sunset\u00a0on a peaceful beach<\/strong> called \u201cLa Grazia,\u201d near Tropea\u2019s port<\/strong> \u2014 a secluded spot where the sky meets the sea, ideal for grounding, relaxing, and reconnecting with your true self.<\/p>\n
